we have had an reacquiring issue on the MXM365N with RB-22 and FN-11. The issue is jamming when duplexing. no jams when simplex. Over the course of the issues we have had a few where the fix was replacing the fuser and/or the solenoid on the rb-22. jams are generally showing as appd1_n jams. The issue and fix seam random. Has anyone else come across this issue and what have you done to fix the issue.

Had something very similar on an MX-3110. Turned out to be the Bridge unit wasn't installed correctly, causing the paper to be a little delayed when duplexing. It never affected single sided copies/prints though.
Remove and re-mount the Paper pass (Bridge/Buffer) unit and see if that makes a difference.
