Will MX-M283n scan to network folder via SMBv1?

We have customer long drive away so just checking. They got several new Windows 10 computers. So am assuming just set up 10 like we do for others 10's for scan to folder but then turn 0n SMB1 both on computers and have their IT turn on SMBv1 on server side. Am I missing anything?
    TIA !

plenty of threads on this issue...

    DO NOT TURN ON SMB1..

download proper firmware if the units support SMB2-3

SMB1 can let malware an viri into the server/system

If SMB ver1, is not available (it should not be)....... use this ftp program

Works and is easy to set up.

      Pablo EZ FTP Util
