Hello. The problem is the next:
When print large quantity job, after a time a paper moving to back and the paper corner jam.
We try change a new pressure roller, the fusing unit is clean.
Frequent error, this is the faul of several machines.
A4R solves the problem but the printer is slower.

check the drum unit separator pawls and wheels.
I had one folding corners yesterday and I just removed the culprit
and everything started working right again.
