    Mx-B402 with color scan issue . Please see below

    Cusomer has an MX-B402 and called to say that when he tries to scan in color that it shows in black + white. I hardly know machine . Is there anythingI or customer can do so to correct this problem so that he can scan colored originals? Frank

      I dont have one of these machines here to give you any more detail but in the operators manual it says,in scan settings select color mode settings.color,monochrome or grayscale. Sounds like something customer should be able to figure out.

          System settings/ log in as admin/ scan settings/ other settings/ set default to color
