    MX-xx71 WTF

So for years Sharp has been lacking a decent/workable envelope solution.

    Enter the MXxx71 series with a 50 envelope tray......HOORAY

But wait, it only accomodates COM-9 or Monarch size envelopes.

I'm just curious how common is the usage of these sizes. My region the only size I ever see is COM-10.

Is COM-9 a heavy use size in other areas?????

    Re: MX-xx71 WTF

I've only seen COM-10. Any other size the end user has tried to run doesn't fit into any of the set size parameters. I have had a customer with a MX-5111 run there odd size Christmas size envelopes as Monarch. It woul run one, jam the second, run the third, jam the forth, etc..... Maybe european sizes? I'm curious now too???
    The Moose is loose!!

com 9 is a "BRE" business return envelope.. smaller than com10

it is used to send a creditor an envelope so they can use it to pay the bill.
