Hi,
I forgot to mention this machine is in our shop and no DHCP allocation is in place, Network card has been resented 67-17.
Your help is greatly appreciated,
Thank you,

Re: Sharp MX-5070N machine won't change Statatic IP
Have you tried resetting the print controller with sim 67-17? Be advised that this will erase a lot of your network settings so might want to write them down before doing this. Have had something similar happen a time or two and I normally clear the memory, reset the print controller and reset the NIC to get it back "factory".
Good luck.

Re: Sharp MX-5070N machine won't change Statatic IP
It could be that there is a competent IT dept that set up DHCP IP ALLOCATION to avoid IP conflicts. [emoji1308]
Log in into the router, and look for your machine in the IP address DHCP pool, and change it to whatever IP you want.
If you dont know how to do that, don't worry, ask their IT dept, any network tech worth their salt should be able to to do this in like... 30 seconds. [emoji1305]
Good luck.

Sharp MX-5070N machine won't change Statatic IP
Hi, I have been working on a Sharp MX-5070N, I have been trying to disable the DHCP to manually enter a new static IP without any luck. After I submit and reboot the machine it goes back to DHCP mode.
I tried replacing the SD card, Boot up the IC, and the Hard Drive and the device is still unable to respond to a change of IP address. It does not retain it. Other than that the copier works well.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thank you,
AM
