new sharp pc scan

Customer just got a new Sharp b455. They use twain ( pc scan) and are unable to print while machine is in pc scan. Once they end or close out pc scan the job prints but it seems like they
could print and scan simultaneously on their previous b402??

I don't have a 455 to test with, but I just set up and tested with a MXC304 and while in PC Scan, the machine will still print.

I have a 5001 in house that also accepts print jobs while in PC Scan.

Not sure why a 455 would be diffierent?
