I'm currently having an issue where the clips on the duplex paper guide that hold the duplex paper gate are breaking off when the right door is close. It first happened when the customer closed the door and then again when I replaced the guide and the door was closed again. No excessive force was used. Has anyone else come across this issue?

I would take a closer look at the delivery unit and ensure all is correctly assembled in that area as well as on the fuser. I believe part of the gate unit butts up against the fuser/delivery unit to get in the correct position depending on printing that is being done. I have seen this on other models as well and was always due to either the delivery unit being broken or the fuser/delivery unit not being assembled correctly. Hope this helps.
