    Printing b&w reversed when printing from Mac preview and Kiwi

    I have a customer who updated 2 Macs to Mojave and now when printing occasionally it comes out b&w reversed. We have only seen it happen from these 2 platforms though and only the 2 he updated. Has anyone else seen this? I can not find anything online about it.

      Did he update the print drivers as well? Macs are notorious for print drivers breaking from one OS version to another.

          install driver again, downloading it from Sharp, installing by Ipand whith Hp jetdirect protocol. Be sure do not uses generic driver.

              Also make sure they're software programs are updated as well. Have had some interesting problems with 10.14.
