    MX-5141 document filling

    Hi
I have two mx-5141 in te same network, printing to document filing , to the folder of every user in the HDD, whit user authentication. Often jobs don't appear in folder, but installing again driver, the same whit the same configuration works again for 3 or 4 days. It is random, some times some computers work and others do not, and all of them whith correct configuration.
Firmware is updated, and 20k every machine. Network works fine. Most users only can use black, but the config whith permissions is ok. I think in HDD, but in two printers? Ping and web acces is ok.

Any suggestion will be apreciated, and excuse my english.
    Thanks

Had this happen with a school. The number of files on the HDD had reached it's limit (not sure what the number is but think it is somewhere around 10,000 files) and would not accept anymore files printed to the HDD until some of the older files where deleted. Funny thing is you could direct print all day long. We deleted several thousand files and have not had this problem return. and now they do routine maintenance and clear out old data files that are no longer needed. One thing to look at anyway.

    Good luck

No, when user print his job, files are automatically deleted.
