[Error Code] Sharp MX5141 ERROR: DATA_MAIN_K_R_1st 55?

I just put a new cyan drum into a MX5141 and was trying to run Sim 50-22 and when I run the simulation I get
[ERROR: DATA_MAIN_K_R_1st 55] tried a couple different things like resetting the values for drum registration to the default values, nothing has worked so far and need a little help.

maybe run the sims in 44-27...do all the usual calibrations and then power down/up...then take another look at 50-22...

Machine cannot see the patches on the rear of the black drum (K_R). Sharp machines use black to align the other three colors. If black is off, all color will be off. Try turned black screw 5 left, run sim, 10 left, run sim. Back to center, 5 right, run sim, 10 right, run sim until the machine can see the K patch. Also make sure your procon sensors are clean as these handle density AND registration.
