hope someone can help. I have a Sharp MX-3110 that is not advancing the web. Was able to troubleshoot that the solenoid in the fuser unit it not actuating which does not allow the arm to advance the web. Has anyone seen this?

MX-3110 uses a cleaning roller kit as opposed to a cleaning web, so no solenoid to advance a web, (MX260FU1). The mx3610 fuser (MX-360FU1) uses a cleaning web, I would start there.

Crap!!!! my machine with the web issue is a MX-3115 Sorry folks. i was looking at a 3110 when i was typing. I am going to edit the post
