we have a Mx-3570 that began kicking F2-71 codes...during the week-end we received normal status reports...Monday morning, the customer reported cyan and magenta cartridges popped out and gave F2 codes... nothing would reset it...the tech inspected it and got it to the point where he could get it to produce B/W copies, but then kick the code once it finished...(at one point all three colors were giving codes; now it is just cyan)...toner levels are good with real sharp toner...we know it might be the PCU...if it were bad toners, it wouldn't work at all...any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful...thanks in advance for the help...machine has about 52K copies with about 4k of color copies...toner levels seem very good...
