[Misc] MX-M565N ops panel

on the ops panel of the MX-M565N, there is a list of various functions ( color mode, paper select, exposure, etc.) on the left hand side of the screen...what I need to know is how to add and remove from the list...I've looked everywhere I know of, but can't seem to find out how this this accomplished...somebody helps me out please (try to make it real simple)...

I know the home screen can be changed but once you open the copy mode or other screen as far as I know the

list of various functions cannot be changed.

If someone has found the right button in system settings they can enlarge the print on the copy display and it will show fewer options. As far as I know this is all that can be done to the actual copy display screen.
