i have a customer that has a 6580 that jams in the finisher, i am not sure what model finisher they have but it is one that can sort and staple it keeps folding up the paper right before it exits the finisher and im not sure what could be causing this issue it seems to only happen when they try to do stapling multiple pages but it has happened when not stapling. after cleaning the cassette rollers it seemed to print fine for now but im still worried about this jam issue
