Mx 5140 Canot use tray 3 and 4

Hi.
I have a a 5140 with mx de21 desk..
is say"tray 3 moving", but nothing happens. Then it say "tray 3 is ready to open". i'ts the same with tray 4.
after some time i'ts not possible to use lower trays. I'ts say "this function is not possible"
error codes u6-00, u6-01, u6-02
I've tired to replace PCU PWB and the desk PWB othing change the problem.
Evrything mechanical seems fine.

Anyone?

SIM 4-2 & 4-3 should help narrow it down.

4-2 do all sensors check good?
4-3 can you activate components?

Sorry for being Captain Obvious, but by what you have told us the first things I would do is check to make sure that there is no paper jammed into the rear of the cassettes. Make sure your deck's wire harness is plugged all the way in, and no bent pins. These are the 2 easy things to check first. Operate motors and sensors in SIM mode, remember these are the machines that had the bunch of flakey sensors, it may not be seeing the tray come up? These are the basic things to check before shotgunning boards. Way cheaper, and easier to troubleshoot!

to add....make sure its the correct deck. i believe the 5111 deck will work on that machine physically and will plug in but it wont function.
