    [Misc] Meandering fusing belts

    Hi

Ive recently been having trouble with fusers from the sphinx, pheonix, griffen range of machines (2630,3560,5070 etc), ive had a few in recent weeks were the fusing belt meanders to one side and tears itself to bits. All of these machines had the belt rip before there first service interval was up. Im aware of the firmware updates that addressed the initial issues these fusers had and the switch to the MX600FB fusing belt. All machines have the most up to date firmware and most would have came with the MX600fb from the factory but ive seen this happen on the 607 and 608 belts too.

Has anyone else seen this specific problem?, i know these fusers arnt well regarded but for the most part i hadnt had any issues with them until now.

This is usually the case with pressure rollers or pressure roller bushings or bearings. The pressure on both sides is different
