    MX-6580N - APPD1_N

Not a constant, but frequent. Could happen every 10 pages or it could go 180 pages. It makes it past the gate to go down the ADU, but does not make it to the transport rollers and it only seems to happen when the paper comes to a stop during the weaving part of the duplexing.

The copier is only a week old, mylars are in good condition and properly installed. No bures on guides. Changed adjusting ADU registration in TC 51-2 (engine) L and M from 20 to 40. Same issue.

I will be going back today. I will be bringing fresh quality paper (Hammermill). They are currently using Staples paper and I think the paper has moisture in it.

    Thanks for any help.
