MX-3640 unable to access network settings

I have a MX-3640n that I am unable to access the network settings to change ip and dns settings. At first I was unable to access admin password because it was changed by the former IT person, so I set it back to default admin password. But, at the homepage in settings it only shows the top page icon and system settings icon and I have no access to network settings at all. I can't even access the web page because the IT person changed it as well. Any suggestions?

The copier has no security kit installed
    After restoring default password
    I restored the factory defaults
    Formatted HDD
    Updated firmware to latest
    Updated e-manual

Do you have the option to perform the End Of Lease feature?

That will take care of it. Perform the feature, step outside, go for a nice walk, think about the meaning of life, buy a burger with fries and a drink. Finish your extended lunch, and come back to the office. You will probably need to wait a little more for the end of lease to finish, but at least it will take care of your issue.

        Good luck!

20191106_092154.jpg No go Sam, I do not have access to security settings. This is all I get when I go into the settings page, not sure what to do next.

Log into the webpage as admin, select settings and there should be a check box to show the various functions.

access the service web page by entering the IP address/service_login.html
                        The password is service
                        Go to administration settings
where it says item to be displayed click on the execute button that says all

As an example.... your machine IP is 192.168.0.212

                          Browse to http://192.168.0.212/service_login.html

                          password = service

Scroll to bottom of page and click "Administration Settings"

                          Click "Execute" button by "All"

Thanks guys, I will try logging in on the webpage with the ip address given to the mfp. The client is on a 192.168.0.1, apparently the IT person changed the ip to 192.168.1.1. I am on my way back to the client, I will keep you posted.
