Printing from Chromebook

Hello,

We have a MX-2614N with the latest FW. The printer is installed on a chromebook. When i print above 10 pages the message "limit is reached" appears in my screen. In the webpage of the printer the page limit is turned off.
Could there be another setting or is this something from chromebook?

Do you have any user codes enabled on the machine?

Also if you go to other user check the authority level, is it set to guest, if so change to user and try it again.

I have checked all the settings regarding the user authority level, but the settings are correct.

Is your Chromebook seeing the Sharp without any apps? I've never used a Chromebook to print direct.

Is there any user codes on the Sharp?

Did you ever find a solution to printing from a Chromebook while using user codes?
Have a few schools moving to Chromebook and some that use job accounting or user codes.
Have yet to find a place to input codes.
