Sharp MX-M260 Clear Account Number

Hi guys,
Can someone refresh my memory on how to get into service mode and "clear account number"?

If you are talking about the internal user accounts they are accessed from the web page. Once there login as administrator and it should be under user control.

Can also be done from the unit. System setting, admin settings, account control. That will get you into the general area to turn off account control. Standard admin password of all numbers unless someone has changed it.
