Looking for Sharp MX-M453N firmware update

Hello Everyone...I have a customer that has a Sharp MX-M453N that needs a firmware update. I'm not a sharp dealer so I have no access to their service site. Any other way of getting them? thanks.

What's the issue? I only ask because it's been years since any significant firmware release. Did you replace a board or hdd?

Thanks for your response! Everything is working fine except smb scans go through but very very slow. Once in a while they're failing. I was thinking firmware may help.

what OS are you scanning to?

        network?

        local?

you are aware of SMB1 being blocked by MS right?

Building off of Phil, have you directly connected a laptop and scanned that way? It eliminates the network thus showing your client the machine works fine.
