    Sharp MX 4141

I went out on a Sharp MX 4141 yesterday. When you turn it on the machine comes to ready and the control panel is responsive. Then machine is not connectected to a network. If I try to make a copy the machine freezes up and becomes unresponsive. I tried to perform a 66-10 image clear but nothing seems to happen. After rebooting several times I was able to get the machine to make copies and internal prints but when I power cycled the machine again. It had the same issues Any Ideas. Thanks in advance

Cheap and (somewhat) easy is firmware first and if that doesn't help, re-do or replace the sd card.
    Good luck!

first i would say sd card....if not that maybe replace the entire operation panel. I know this sounds wierd.....but I have seen these act where the screen was frozen but it would still print and the webpage still would work. it was 50/50 in the senario as to which one it was. also....check the wall voltage. power cannot drop below 110v EVER....and ground to neutral must be less than 2v.

Hey did you manage to sort this out? Seeking firmware for the same model.

Try clearing the job log as well as the above.
