    MX-C304w problems

    we have just placed about 30 of these in the field and have had a few issues. Thumping from the fuser...blank LCD screens...waste toner full messeges. Are these the Canon NP2015 of Sharp? Us older techs will know what Im talking about.

      What version of firmware? I see where lock up issues are addressed in ver. 0203M200.

          It is the latest fw. Feb 4th i think
