[Jamming] Sharp mx-m314n duplex jam

Hi.
I have a problem with the jamming Sharp MX-m314n. This happens only in duplex mode. One side and A4R (in duplex) is ok. The page returning to the duplexer is "skewed" and hits the fuser housing causing a jam (Jam code: APPD1_N and POD1_S).
Nothing looks suspicious. I cleaned all the rollers on the paper path and it did not help.
The machine has about 230k pages printed. All maintenance done (DK, DV, TK, FK).
Any of you had something like that?

I would replace delivery unit

ditto on above....

Take the delivery unit apart...you will discover it is crumbling....some sort of bake-lite plastic that degrades over time due to close proximity to the fuser.

I wonder what to change: delivery frame and delivery upper paper guide and rollers? Or should I change the whole unit?
