[Jamming] sharp desk mx-de14

Just got machine in today. tray 2 thru 4 jams every time. Removed back panel and it has a flashing red led light. Does that mean it notice that there a problem Tested sensor from the control panel and no luck. Checked connectors and all good there. machine say that its there. Any help would be nice. Thanks

I'm assuming an MXB355/455 type machine.....

Machine feeds fine from bypass and tray 1

When the jam occurs is it same place everytime?

Is there any noticible damage to lead edge?

SIM 7 misfeed disable......will it pass paper from CS14?

If it will -pass paper with misfeed detect disabled you are looking at a sensor/signal trouble,

If it won't pass paper you are looking at mechanical.

What is the jam code that results?

Will it pass paper with SIM 7 Misfeed detect disabled?

with the misfeed turn off it will pass paper from the tray.

So looking like sensor issue.....

Run a 22-6 and what are the most recent Jam codes?

alot of tray 3. and Dpfd1-n4 not sure of that one

Thanks for all the help. it turn out to be 2 sensors bad. replaced and ll is running. Strange machine on has 25k on it.
