    MX2610 O365

So I had a customer running office365 scanning until yesterday. When after an email hack passwords were changed and scanning stopped.

New password put in. Test in web browser works but scan to email times out.

I've tried the smtp port, the SSL encryption levels, flashed firmware, checked reply email, used the < > brackets. But to no avail. Is the MX2610 supported?

    Thanks

    Kyle

From what I see the MX2610's did not get the TLS 1.2 update

You may be out of luck

just create a free gmail and use that...or create one using your isp account and set that up. i know gmail doesnt require the tls patch to work.
