ARM451U does not recognize usb port

recently in windows 10 64bit os , my MFP machine entered into problem which can not detect printer automatically while before when i connect the usb cable , then inside control panel>devices and printers automatically detect the virtual printer port for printer
my other printer have been detected by windows and being in health condition and print
but for ARM451U , this problem appeared
i think this problem perhaps is due to my firmware or maybe disappear through reset it
it changed my usb socket but my problem still exist
thanks for your suggestion to resolve my problem

Re: ARM451U does not recognize usb port

I highly doubt the problem is the MFP.
You can confirm this by connecting the MFP to another computer or laptop by the same USB cable. It should detect OK.
The ARM451U definitely has Win10 drivers. Does the printer appear in the Control Panel but shows an error, or not appear at all?
I believe the problem is going to most likely be the USB controller on your computer, or the classic Win10 corrupt printer registry, which happens especially on USB devices which are disconnected & reconnected over and over. You can look up many websites on correcting this problem on your computer. Be careful though, you're playing with the windows registry!
The simple test is to connect the MFP to another computer and check detection. There is no MFP firmware to fix this issue for this model. USB problems are almost always a problem on the computer, not the MFP. And yes, this can still happen despite other printers working on USB perfectly fine.

I highly doubt the problem is the MFP.
I connect the MFP to another laptop by the same USB cable. It did not detect usb port.
I have and install the correct windows 10 64 bit driver.
i thinks this problem happens on USB devices when because of interrupt and delay for transfer print pages via usb and i was forced to disconnect & reconnect the usb cable over and over and after that the delay or not sending print had been solved
if i can not solve this not detection of virtual port for usb , can i install network card on the pwb board to use and utilize the network printing
      thanks for your helpful guidelines

No, no port of MFP has been recognized and detected by windows 10

Bet the problem is in win10.
Have you created a new usb port in win and then connected the printer?

He asked if the usb port on MFP is active. WIN10 is really bad when installing updates. Take a different pc.
Hook up to MFP. Does it see the MFP?
Are you sure you don't have a WSD (windows stupid driver) installed?

How are you hooking it to the pc?
And you still haven't verified IF THE USB PORT IS ACTIVE?

I know I have asked MULTIPLE TIMES. -= HOW =- are you connecting to the copier USB -= OR =- CAT5 ETHERNET.?
Sounds to me you don't have the skills or you are just refusing to give proper info.
Could the usb be disabled because the NETWORK PORT is active?

Make sure the usb port is enabled in the settings. Try different printer A to B usb cable.
