    ar-fn6

    hello
    Y have aproblem with one finisher ar-fn6.
    when y copy to a lower tray mobile, only after work about 300/400copys, beguin jaming the paper into the arfn6, because the paper beguin get out of hand,To that end up jamming.
    I appreciate any help

      I understand the problem at finisher output? Trie to lubricate exit actuator,clean finisher sensors and make some adjustment with lower catch tray. The tray home position must be little bit higher.

        yes y just have lubribicate the exit actuater, but the problem is only y send the copys to the lower (movil) tray, because the paper beguin out ok and so, beguins get out of hand and jams.
        y look into the ar-fn6 and looks everything well.
        If y copy to the uper tray, ok., no jams.

          Trie to remove finisher front cover and observe movement of paper when it leaves exit unit. What is happend when you make stapled sets? Error code ???

              There are two solenoids on the top front side (operator side) that I have seen cause this type of problem. They are the stopper solenoid and the paper push solenoid. The part numbers are: RPLU-0344FCZZ (SPS) RPLU-0339FCZZ (PPS)

                ok thanks, y go to see that better, y feel that the paper when exit and turn to a lwoer tray that the paper folded a litle of the front side, and of corse finishe to jamed.
