You will next be told to do a packet capture using an old style hub instead of a switch and analyze with Wireshark. I have idea what this means and we have never done it but it has been mentioned to us several times.

No resolution from my point of view. Still seeing e7-80 and e7-90/power issues on the mx4070 type and 4071 type. Some intermittent, some more persistent.

Is it just on the 40 ppm and higher? Or are the 35ppm and lower having these issues as well? If it's power related would putting them on a dedicated 20amp outlet resolve the issue?

No resolve. However, I've had 2 problem machines, that coded about once a week, hasn't coded in months, no idea why. Checking my records, my fleet overall has decreased in the number of E7-90 codes. Firmware corrections that Sharp doesn't mention? IDK

Hi I have seen this error caused by power failure it seems to cause errors in the hard drive it then start throwing up this error code

But I have seen that suddenly sharp changed to a new manufacture of the power supply, I wander.

The firmware update has been 100% effective on the dozen or so machines having this problem, which is great, but frustrating at the same time as to why it took almost 2 years of jumping through hoops to finally get a resolve.

Any chance this is coming for the MX4070N/V also?

I can remember the earlier versions having E7-80 and 90 errors. They too were corrected with firmware a few years ago.
