    Windows Server 2016 + MX3071 + Windows Photos app

    anyone else having troubles with the standard Windows Photo app?

    We have a client where the printer is installed on a server2016.

    Every time they print a photo from "windows photos" the spooler has to be cleared and restarted.

    Strange thing is, if you print 1 photo, you see 2 tasks in the spooler.

    Changed standard photo app to windows photo viewer and everything works...but thats just a workaround off course

    PS: lastest firmware + latest PCL drivers

      Firmware version 04.02.Zd without Data Security Kit
      Firmware version 04.50.Z2 with Data Security Kit
      PCL6 Universal Driver 3 for Windows,version 2002aPCL6 Universal Driver 3 for Windows 7/8.1/10/7 x64/8.1 x64/10 x64, Windows Server 2008/2008 x64/2008 R2/2012/2012 R2/2016/2019 with WHQL, version 2002a, production run date 02/03/2020, European languages

      Thats the newest version in germany

          I'm not familiar with Sharp products, but check if this might be the solution:

              NOT a firmware problem, the spooler on the server crashes.

              And we NEVER use the universal drivers...
