    [Misc] User Code Authantication

    How are you all in this covid period. We bought a second hand Sharp MX M450U which has user authentication enabled. I was given a wrong user code and entered it for several times. Now the machine is not giving me the option to enter user code when I want to copy. The machine does not even go to the copier function. It keeps on the printer function only.Is there a way to recover from this situation. Is there a way to disable user authantication if I don't have the admin password. I am a Ricoh technician and I am not very familiar with this model.Thank you in advance to those who can assistRegards

      Sim 22-7 will give you the admin login default is normally 00000. Then you can turn off user authentication.
