Sharp AR-M237 with all black copies

Customer called withan AR-M237 with all black copies. Is this more likely a charge problem. I actully haven't dealt with this kind of problem since analogs when it would have been an an exposure lamp problem and a copy with no image would have been a charge problem. With digital copiers I understand the all black would more likely be a charger problem . Any help is appreciated as my mind has been failing me lately because of incredible outside pressures. Do a forum search next time. On these it's usually the main charge.
