    Exporting Sharp MX-M465N address books?

Is there an easy way to export (CSV, XLS, Other) the scan to email and Fax address books from a Sharp MX-M465N? I've seen some info on other sharp models that it could be done from the MFP's web interface, is that the case for these too? If so, is there an admin password needed to access the web interface?

    TIA,
    Jim

Yes it is possible though the web interface, or usb. The password should be Admin.

      admin in lowercase.

And, they are found under storage and data back up.

      Good luck. [emoji3577]

The export left us with a pretty cryptic .bin file, does Sharp have a standalone address book editor available for download we can use to do some cut-n-paste from? We're converting to Kyocera if anyone has some advice? if someone could post a link that would be great.

          Thanks again,
          Jim

No I don't think that's something that's available. That .Bin file is to backup and clone data to Sharp MFP's only.

            Good luck my friend.

Agreed, you could try using Kyocera's setup tool, but not sure if it will translate Sharp's bin language properly.

                ADCUtility

With this, you can pull the text from the bin file and manipulate it from there.

A little clunky, but better than nothing.
