Machine was working, then one day, Machine had this message - moved to adhoc authentication mode, as access to the accounting server not allowed. The machine can be used.But please contact your administrator.
We tried rechecking all configs/settings but nothing was changed and customer's I.T. had no idea how did it happened.
Machine is now asking for login name & password but it was setup only for login PIN. If we reboot the machine, the equitrac login screen will appear (sometimes) but its telling password is incorrect?
