All sharp models detecting color document as B/W when in auto

A specific document(will include as attachment) is being detected as a B/W document copying in auto mode. Setting it to full color instead of auto fixes that page but the customer is doing big jobs with mixed B/W and color so setting it to default full color would not be optimal. The customers machine is a Mx-4141 but ive trying copying that one in several different models here in the office and they all print the copy as B/W when in auto mode. Ive tried different calibrations and played around simulation 46 moving settings around but can not get it to work. Any help is appreciated!!

Just so everyone knows, I did a little research and found that this setting is available (and it works!) on MX-2610, 5141 series, and the MX-XX70 series.
