Sharp Frontier series email and alerts question concerning "load paper" message

Is there a way to stop the mfp (Frontier series) to stop sending via email, alerts, to stop sending "load paper" message? There is no box to check to not have it send, so I am wondering if there is a soft switch setting for this at all?

Nothihng that I know of......create a filter to auto delete on "load paper" in your mail client. Best I've come up with.

Check under System Control/Email Alerts in the webpage, there's something there

It depends on the generation of machine. With earlier Sharps, if turned on it alerted EVERYTHING. As tedtech suggested, the newer units have check boxes for toner, jams, waste toner, load, paper, etc. You can pick and choose when to be alerted.

Thanks for the responses, however, the (Frontier series (MX-C 402sc)) does not have any check boxes. I will try to send the "load paper" alerts to be spam.
