    MX-6500 Power Status Flashing White

    Mx-6500 status led flashing after customer power cycled.swapped mfp board with working board and still wont come ready. Display status flashes white.

      Had another machine doing something similar that ended up being the low voltage power supply so going to grab that next

          Pull the cable on the HDD and see if it will give you are error. The HDD is the final device in the boot sequence so if you do not get an error, look at MFP board or SATA chip.

          Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

              Replaced Sub DC PWB and resolved the issue. Reset system to factory defaults and updated firmware just in case.
