Error F2-39 Sharp ARM350n+

It is Sunday and I don't want to call my tech. He needs a day off. apparently asked for too many copies to be stappled and was asked to remove from the stapple bin and did so. During copy scan of next group received error F2-39 call for service. My tech is under contract but it is Sunday. Can anyone help me.

this code relates to the drum thermistor error

This is a process thermistor problem. Sometimes you can clear the problem by turning the machine off and on. You definitely need to have your tech look at it as this is something to do with your drum unit. I have found that the most common problem that causes this is waste toner getting past the seals and onto the sensors.
