Your next step is to make sure all your contact points are clean, if this does not help you are looking at a board problem, try to reconnect all the cables to the board first.

Those lines are edge to edge so check the laser slit glass and shutter. Check the erase LED on the rear wall and the clear plastic insert that runs through the drum; could be a cleaning issue.
These faster models also tear up the drum / dv drive motor and scatter toner all over the charge boards on the rear wall. This can cause all kinds of colorful issues.

Lines go front to rear not lead to trail, image now looks like what you get with dirty main charge, see example

                You are losing Grid Bias.
Known issue on the MX6070, can be caused by problem color motor. It can interfere with HV.
Swap color motors to confirm if color lines change with the problem motor.

Replaced the main charge black box assembly that mc hv unit connects to the contact points, fixed issue.

We had same issue recently and since we changed out the DC Power Supply Unit the issue has not returned

As mentioned in the similar post here. Replace the, complete, MC electrode unit. It's a known issue, I've had to do a few.

Taking into consideration that I'm in Australia, my part numbers are:

                      MX-50/6070N - CHLDZ2541DS52

                      MX-50/6070V - CHLDZ2541DS54

                      MX-50/6071 - CHLDZ2541DS54

This is an issue that, from my understanding, is limited to the 50's and 60's.

MX-6070N Parts Manual Section 70 (MC Electrode) - The whole unit.
