AR-C260M error code H5-01

i have a sharp AR-C260M and i have error code H5-01 can any one please help me fix it thanks

Reset with simulation 14. Then find out why it is jamming in the Fusing unit.

You have had 5 jams in a row at the fuser unit. Most likely causes are: paper jam not fully removed in the fuser, Reversing gate after fuser unit blocked by something, faulty POD1 sensor or broken sensor bracket, faulty transfer belt unit causing paper timing problems into the fuser unit or if you have the Duplex unit installed, paper jammed within the invertor/LHS transport unit. There are other causes, but these would be the first items to check.
As Travi said, clear the code with Sim 14, check all maintenance counts or get your machine checked by a qualified tech.
