Kayleigh scan to me default resolution

Hello,

does anybody know how to set the default resolution for kayleigh scan to me?
i changed it in the webpage op the machine but without result.
you can change the settings once you are logged in but is when you disconnect it is back to 300dpi

I believe, according to OP, resolution has been set at the machine.

If I understand correctly the software in question is taking the file and changing to a different DPI

Unfortunately support for Kayleigh by even Sharp is spotty. I've had a number of issues with installation or configuration because the documentation available is versions behind the latest release.

I would imagine the default scan setting may have to be changed in the kayleigh administrator settings? Generally when the user walks up to the interface to use kayleigh they arent looking at the copier screen they are looking at the generated interface from the server. I imagine whatever settings are in the scan settings are generated on the server and then pushed to the MFP so your changes need to be done on the server.
