MX-3050N User Accounts and Post Script

Hello, we have this machine we just delivered. Cust wanted user accounts set up for black and white and if color is needed only people with a code can do color. I got that set up. All computers are windows but there is two macs. On the windows computers I showed them where to put their code for color in the job handling tab on the print driver, all is good. Now for the macs, which I know basically nothing, we could not figure where to input the code at.So that is my question ,where to input the user code on a mac? We did install Post script so machine is set up for macs. Thanks

Open Word, or Pages, to print a test page so that the printer dialog box appears.
Select the printer that needs the printer code.
Click on the Show Details button. ...
Click on the arrows next to Layout, and select Job Log from the menu.
Click in the box next to Enable User Code, and and enter your user code.

The only problem I have is there is no job log in the menu. I have the correct driver for the mac version. I click layout and job log is not one of the selections. Have you ever seen that?Even when I try to print in black and white which does not even need a code it says hold for authentication.

I had a similar situation on a different manufacturer MFP not showing all the info in print driver. Using Notes on MAC and that option was there.

Thanks for the help guys. I got it figured out,was me not knowing what I was doing. When I installed the drivers I did not see that it was defaulting to airprint. Generic postscript driver was another option that sounded right but still same problem. The other option was sharp ppd driver. I used that and then the job handling was there. Then I was able to do what was previously told to do and it all worked. Thanks again.
