Sharp MX-4061 with U6-00

Hello.

We have 2 MX-4061 with MX-DE28N (tandem cassettes)
Both devices temporarily show error code U6-00, after switching on / off the error is gone.
No paper jam, no entry in the error memory except U6-00.
The device works flawlessly for days, then it reappears.
Firmware is up-to-date, plug connections loosened several times and plugged in again.

Anyone an idea ??

Cause
Malfunction due to noises
Connector, harness connection trouble
Desk control PWB trouble
PCU PWB trouble


Check & Remedy
Power OFF/ON to cancel
Check connection state of connector, harness
Replace desk control

I have a similar issue with a mx-4070n with a mx-de27.
Getting u6-01 & u6-02.
Got it working after a complete reset, sold the machine, customer called during the first week.
Changed the desk with another mx-de27. Have the faulty mx-de27 on another mx-4070n at the office but it works since it got here & the customer didn't call back.

In my case, both the 2 bottom drawers are connected to the desk pwb and not the first one.

My fisrt guess would be the desk pwb as suggested, but I'll wait to see if the trouble reappear at the office or the costumer first.

Will keep you posted if I have any details.
