[Misc] Colour Calibration

Good day
Please help I am trying colour Calibration in MX-3100 it's saying I should use 11" x 17" or A3 paper and there is A3 in the machine but still is not working.

2 things to check. First is to make sure the tray is registering the A3 size on your display and 2nd make sure the tray is set for plain paper. That should allow you to perform the procedure.

These older models get confused sometimes. Load 11x17 or A3 into tray 1 and leave all other drawers open; then attempt calibration.
