There are issues with the one way clutches and sernsors in the delivery turnover unit. It is easier to replace the whole unit. This is mostly due to improper ventalation of the unit especially when an AR-FN6 sorter or the mailbox unit is installed.

I have experienced problems with the solenoid for the gate in the FN6 sticking when duplexing and causing the folded type jam.

if I understand correctly it is jamming during duplexing, while the paper is being reversed. If this is the case then there are a couple of things to check. Like in the previous post you can replace the reverse unit. But I have found that if you simple replace the 2 oneway gears inside the reverse unit the problem is solved also. Also another problem I have found frequently is weak spring on the reverse guide entrance sensor actuator, replace the spring or give the old one an extra twist around the actuator and then remount the actuator. I look after a large fleet of these copiers and have seen this many times. It usually happens around the 600k to 900k range on all machines.

Also a jam code would have been helpful, probably could have told you exactly what to do.

y think that have found the problem, seems the sensor delivery that is between the sensor that following the fusion unit and the exit sensor
              to the standart tray.
that sensor delivery sometimes stay arrested and of corse block the copy paper and jams.
My conclusion for the delivery arreste was because the sensor of that delivery this in the back side, and when the delivery sensor go up, the sensor go up to, and sometims beat in some projections tha the cover up hads.
