I have a MX-5070N that is powering down and restarting frequently. I have replaced Msata, and installed an ESP surge protector. The ESP displays N9 ( >=4vac between neutral and ground) and also records low voltage errors. The customer has had an electrician come out and check outlet, only to say he saw no issues with outlet. Going to try replacing DC Power Supply PWB today, but wondering if any one out there has had any issues like this and remedy. TIA

Have you checked the outlet with a volt meter? I would check it under load.Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime. -
Re: Showing N9 on ESP surge protector
Sure sounds like red flags when the surge protector isn't happy and the machine isn't happy either. Have you got a voltage regulator to try on it for a period of time? Tripplite LC1200 or ESP SE-15 sag eliminatorComment

kdr636.... Do you have any first hand experience with either one, and if so which would you say does the job better? I looked up prices quick and found one was around $162 msrp and one was $562 msrp. I'm sure I could find them cheaper since one of them is available through HytecComment

Our area is terrible about wall voltage issues and we have had to resort to line conditioners often when customers refuse have it fixed properly.Comment
