[Error Code] Error F2-73 immediately after memory clear sim88-01

Pls am working on sharp mx2600 I clear the memory with sim88-01(all memory clear)..immediately after the clearing I receive this code f2-73... Have change the yellow cartridge many times to a new one but still having the code.. Pls can anyone help me if there is any settings to change the machine back to the way it was before I perform the memory clear

First thing is first, I would try a genuine OEM toner cartridge. Buy a CRUM chip just in case.
Second, I remember for a different model that an f2-xx code came up and someone said to try a PTC. It worked.

On this model you can test real quick to see if the PTC is the issue. Simply go to Sim 55, Sub Sim 1 Engine Soft Switch, then Data 8, Value 3 turn into 1. This turns off PTC TEMPORARILY. If this gets rid of your code, then get a new PTC. If it doesn't, then but Value 3 BACK to a 0.

Then I would follow the service manual, and get a new PCU PWB.

I would try sim 16 if doesn't fix ... replace PCU PWB... just curious why you did sim 88-01 in the first place?
