I have a problem with a A4 AR5415 witch came in service for toner but also need a revision since customer sayid that the copy is less black on a side (low contrast usualy at this kind from dust on mirrors) so we didnt acctualy test the copier befor we cleaned all its optics including polygonal motor. it has around 22k and 2-3 years. Afther revision its dublating the image like in the atachement in sim 64 -1-1 too so the problem isn't from scanner. I dont have another one close to replace parts to see where the problem is so i would like to hear others opinion about this.

I am not sure, but the supplies are pretty old. I would try replacing the DV, drum, cleaning blade and MC.

i already replaced drum without any effect and i will try to replace developer but im not very confident that will work.
my guess is that the problem is in the blackbox even if everithing there looks ok

i replaced the black box, from another similar machine, and guess what it just works fine
