    PPD2_FIN - MX-M565N w/FN11

Like title states getting PPD2_FIN jams with FN11 on MX-M565N. Outside of checking entrance solenoid on paper pass any other suggestions? No special firmware for MX-M565N and FN11 that I see.

Yes I seen the first thread relating to solenoid. The second thread relates to a different finisher same with the provided solutions. Not saying it's not a sensor though it's intermittent.

Had this too, beat our heads against a wall for a while.
Ended up being replacement of the finisher PWB took care of the issue.

There was a retrofit for the actuator springs in some paper pass units. You can also put an extra loop on the actuator spring to resolve this code.
With a code of PPD2, the entrance solenoid and PPD1 would appear to be working....where does the page stop in the paper pass?

Check the upper guide on the RB. the hinge will break and cause this trouble.

for me 90% of the time it's a corrupt print job. Needs to be rebooted.

Replace clutch on upper right back side of finisher.. this has fixed over 10 machines with same issue
